For a decade, I have led the visual brand transformation of Canada's largest biotech company, inside and out! As both Creative Director and global facilities designer, I modernized and unified every brand touchpoint, creating a cohesive identity across worldwide operations.

Systems Design


Intake System
I partnered with our IT department to create custom intake systems for both Creative Services and Facilities Design, leveraging Jira and jQuery. This improved request speed and tracking, informing how to best resource these departments, and prioritize the work.

Brand Guidelines
I led the development of formal brand guidelines and templates, used company-wide. This included guidelines for external vendors, global offices, and several subsidiary companies. These are hosted online for ease of use and better brand consistency.

Product Rendering System
Prior to joining STEMCELL, their thousands of products were photographed individually. To improve efficiency and visual consistency, I led the Creative team to convert product image production to a rendering system, saving days of work per product.

Virtual Education
During the pandemic, in-person training was paused. I led the Creative team to create a production studio inside the education lab and under the hood. This system is now STEMCELL’s primary delivery system for product education worldwide, and has significantly reduced cost for both company and attendee, compared to in-person events.
